Paper manipulation - The ability to change pieces of paper in such a way that they contain the contents of other pieces of paper. If it is in print, Felix has access to it. He uses it to his shameless advantage- for popular novels, to avoid having to carry text books, to read his sister's diary. The only limit is "whether a hard copy exists" and "the knowledge of its existence." In short, Felix is only able to read a given document if someone, somewhere has printed it out.

History:

There is a popular notion that Felix's parents have unlucky blood. Good looks, intelligence, his father's successful career in the banking industry, as far as the rest of the neighborhood are concerned, a model family. Their children, however.... Let's just say that if they had been born fifty years earlier, they would have been killed.

Felix was born with a heart defect, dextro-transposition of the great arteries; his younger sister, Agnes, has epileptic seizures which are beginning to increase in frequency. While a surgery shortly after his birth helped to get his condition under control, Felix still has regular checkups to watch for late complications and has had a pacemaker installed to help control his arrhythmia. His current condition is mostly stable, however he is firmly convinced that he will die young. Whether this is a legitimate fear or not is debatable.

When he was fourteen, Felix started to take an interest in the stock market. After watching the newspapers for a few month and intercepting a few key memos, he convinced his father to allow him to manage a small portfolio upon his entrance to a Wirtschaftsgymnasium. By the time he obtained his arbitur, he had manipulated his stocks into a small, but respectable sum.

After getting his arbitur, Felix entered an apprenticeship at the bank his father worked at and entered Berufsschule. Six months into his apprenticeship, his parents died in a car accident. Having no closer relations, Agnes, who is currently 13, was sent to live with an estranged cousin. Felix, who believes that he is able to care for his sister financially, is currently in the process of trying to obtain custody.

Unbeknownst to Felix but knownst to us, is the fact that Agnes is a dreamseer. Agnes finds death and destruction too depressing and would rather forget such things. On the other hand, she finds the cute guy she saw in her dreams last week very notable.

Felix is none too pleased about this revelation.
